What Does It Do?

PAD allows the software authors to give a standardized product description and specification to sourced online in a more standard way. PAD has the ability to help both authors and webmasters save time as well as allow the specifications to support the changes that recently implemented to the hardware and operating system. The usual or most common file name extension would be .PAD or .XML it also uses a XML syntax that is simplified and doesn’t use a name or value pairs in tags- all the tags are attribute free.
